Q: I can't read Traditional Chinese! Could you help searching my item for me?

A: There are great translation websites that can help you. Such as google translate. If the translation isn't clear enough or confused at some point, you can email us and we will do our best to help.

Q: What will be the total cost of my order?

A:  It's simple, we charge 9% of the final price. we do not charge bank fee and handling fee, and there are no hidden charges. We do not charge bank fee and handling fee!

We can always help you with an estimate the total.  Here is how you can estimate the price by yourself :

The payment structure is split into 2 invoices:

For Auction Item

Payment 1:

1. 50% deposit for your max bid price. 

2. 9% Compras! Taiwan fee

After you make the deposit from Paypal, you will receive a Paypal Transaction ID / Receipt ID. Please include this ID in your request form.

1. Domestic shipping 

2. International Shipping

3. 9% Compras! Taiwan fee

For Web Order item

Payment 1:

1. Full deposit for your item price.

2. 9% Compras! Taiwan fee

After you make the deposit from Paypal, you will receive a Paypal Transaction ID / Receipt ID. Please include this ID in your request form.

Please note, minimum fee is $5 USD. This means if the 9% of the final price is below $5 USD, we charge $5.

Q: What are Compras! Taiwan fees for the services?

A:   It's simple, we charge 9%.  (min. $5)

      We DO NOT charge bank fee and handling fee! and there are NO hidden charges. 

Q: When will you ship my item to me?

A:  When your item arrives our Taiwan warehouse. We will send you a "Item Arrived" email! 

    When you are ready for shipping, you can reply the "item arrived" email with the following information

    4. Item ID (which can be found on the "item arrived" email)

Please note: Due to limited warehouse space, we can only hold your items for 30 days.  

Q: What shipping method that you use?

A: We always ship by EMS, which is the safest and fastest shipping method. 

    It comes with tracking number and insurance. The price is very reasonable as well. 

    However, if you prefer other shipping method, just let us know when you reply the "item arrive" email, we will check the shipping cost for you.

Q: How do you charge the shipping cost?

A: The shipping cost is based on the actual package size and weight, and We don't charge handling fee.

Q: What kind of payment do you take?

A: We accept payment by PAYPAL.

    If you don't have a Paypal account, please go ahead and sign up one! it's the most secure and the easiest online payment system!

Q: Are there any items that I am not allowed to buy?

A:  Items that are dangerous goods, Plants, meat, items banned by the Taiwan Government, adult goods, items with high pressure air and Items with battery, which can't be detached. 

    Please take this into account before bidding on your items to ensure they are not banned items. If you are not  sure about anything, please feel free to contact us before you make your purchase. 

    We are not able to refund or cancel any of these items once you have already won or purchased.

Q: How do I increase maximum bid for my bid request?

A: After you have submitted your Auction bid request, and would like to raise your maximum bid, you can just email us with your new max. bid with the link of the auction.

Q: I want 3 items from Yahoo Auction, and send you under one order, why you separate my order into three?

A: If these 3 items are all from different sellers, we will have to see them as in separate orders since we have to contact and pay the sellers separately. A 9% service fee ( min $5) is charged per seller per order. If all 3 items are from the same seller, the order would be under one order. 

Q:  Why exchange rate is different in some of my orders that placed in different date?

A: Our exchange rate is adjusted according to our exchange with Paypal and Local Bank. We do not go to the bank everyday to make exchange; we go there every week or every other week, to exchange the dollar to NTD. Our exchange rate is calculated by Paypal rate, Paypal fee, local bank rate, and local bank fee. Therefore, please kindly understand that if your order is placed between our exchange time, there might be different rates in your orders. 

Q:  What happen if seller doesn't fulfill the order?

A: We all know this is not a perfect world out there. Sadly, scammers are everywhere. Please keep in mind that if the item price is too good or way below the market value, it's very likely to be a scam. Please avoid this kind of sellers! We are here to provide a buying service, so please choose the sellers carefully! Two rules when it comes to choose a good seller: high ratings and decent price!

If in the case, the seller doesn't fulfill the order. We will work with the auction site and law enforcement department to try to get the money back. Please note that we do not offer refund for this type of case, since we are only the middle man providing a buying service for you and from a seller you choose to buy from. Please choose the seller wisely!
